  • I’ll be honest, I didn’t hire a wedding coordinator for my own wedding. As a coordinator myself, I thought my 3 inch binder, 1.5 inch binder, and sheer will could let me decorate and be present on my wedding day.

    In reality, I didn’t decorate much and was super overwhelmed. Because I didn’t have someone by the aisle with me, our bridal party didn’t go on time to the song and my dress didn’t get fluffed before I walked down the aisle. As much as I love everyone who chipped in to clean up, no one was giving directions about how it all got put away so things ended up in random boxes, and even some things were broken!

    Long story short, you can’t clone yourself and shouldn’t have to think about all those things on your wedding day!

  • Everything and anything you need! My main focus is setting up your ceremony and reception decor before you go down the aisle, but I connect with all vendors, you, and your bridal party to make sure getting ready is going well, the details for your detail photos get to the photographer, and everyone is on time. I help get you down the aisle (and make sure your dress is fluffed and your veil is in).

    After you’re married (!), I help keep all the family in one place and assist the photographer with family photos (if needed), light (or turn on) any candles you have, and round up the bridal party for your entrance.

    At the end of the night, I make sure all of your decor gets packed up neatly, where it’s supposed to go, and whoever is taking it home knows where it’s all going (if there’s rentals).

  • That’s totally up to you! If you have some awesome family and friends that are willing to chip in at the end of the night, you can have me there for just decor and getting you into reception! If you just need help setting up and making sure everything is decorated, 6 hours is perfect!

  • Yes! I would love nothing more than to take extra stress off of you by not only setting up your decor, but also bringing it with me!
